Processing of Sheet Metal Components and Profiles by means of Laser Cutting and Production of Welded Assemblies
Engineering components from sheetmetal and welded assemblies are the most fundamental part of the production programme of Dendera Inc. company. These are mainly construction types of components, designed both for production and assemblage of machines and appliances and topper parts for production and assemblage of machine covers, manufactured in a bodywork quality.
Laser Cutting
For laser cutting we make use of CO2 laser Amada FO3015 and fiber laser Amada Ventis 3015.
Maximal width of the cut material is with the laser as follows:
Construction steel
25 mm
Stainless steel
20 mm
Aluminium
15 mm
Brass
8 mm
Bronze and copper
4 mm
All up to a maximum size 3,000 x 1,500 mm.
Deburring
The parts from stainless steel and aluminium are usually burred at the bottom rim. This can be removed with special grinding machines Timesaver 42 and Timesaver 10. If required a blast grinding unit of the machine Timesaver 42 can unite the surface of the product which then looks as a finely ground one.
Maximal width of the parts
1,000 mm
Maximal length of the parts
3,000 mm
Laser Cutting of the Profiles
Laser cutting of the profiles can be used for all types of profiles, a maximal size is as follows:
Pipes
∅ 200 mm
Jäckls
150 x 150 mm
Maximal length of the profile
6,000 mm
Profile Cutting with a Machine Saw
We make use of any profile cutting with a machine saw, being it both vertical and under angle, for a preparation of an optimal length of the profile for laser cutting or as an initial technology for profile cutting as a half-finished product for subsequent technological operations. Any burrs that may arise when cutting with a machine saw can be removed thanks to a special deburring machine.
Maximal size of the profile
260 x 260 mm
Maximal length of the profile
6,000 mm
CNC-Bending
Apart from the laser cutting there is another important process - CNC-bending with press brakes. For folding we exclusively make use of 6-axis press brake, which ensures high precision and top quality of bent parts.
Maximal usable width for bent parts
3,000 mm
Maximal usable thickness for bent parts
15 mm
Maximal press strength
220 tun
Roll Bending
The company is equipped with more types of roll benders for production of roll bent sheetmetal components.
Minimal thickness of roll bent sheet metal
0.8 mm
Maximal thickness of roll bent sheet metal
8 mm
The components from thin sheetmetal components up to 2 mm of thickness can be maximally 1,000 mm long, more than 2 mm thick ones then can be 1,500 mm long.
Locksmithworks
As for locksmithworks there are following technologies ensuring production of a complex product:
drilling
roughing
reaming
flowdrill
recessing
threading
stamping of fasteners
riveting of fasteners
CNC-engraving with a mechanical stylus
Welding and Grinding
The most fundamental products of the company Dendera Inc. are welded assemblies and bigger construction units. The welding is carried out by all methods – MIG, MAG and TIG, welding joints can be openly visible, or can be according to the requirements further adjusted by means of grinding, up to a bodywork quality. Sheetmetal pieces can be joined also by means of a technology called point welding. The connecting material can be fastened to the components classically, too, or it can be fixed with a condenser shooter.
Maximal size of the weldment
3,000x1,500x1,500 mm
Maximal weight of the weldment
800 kg
In case of a small height and width of the weldment the weldment can be up to 7,500 mm of length.
Machining
We make machined parts only for our own own welded or assembled sets. Simple components are manufactured by means of a classical lathe or a milling machine, for more complex production we make use of CNC-machining centers or CNC-lathes.
Maximal size of components when using a classical milling machine
600x250x250 mm
Maximal weight of a component when using a classical milling machine
20 kg
Maximal size of components when using a CNC-cutting machine
1,000x800x600 mm
Maximal weight of a component when using a CNC-cutting machine
20 kg
Maximal size of components when using a classical lathe
∅ 180x1,000 mm
Maximal weight of a component when using a classical lathe
20 kg
Maximal size of components when using a CNC-lathe
∅ 260x600 mm
Maximal weight of a component when using CNC-lathe
20 kg
Surface Treatment
We provide our customers with surface treatment of the components in compliance with their requirements. We make use of following technologies:
tumbling
blue galvanization
yellow galvanization
black galvanization
ecological galvanization
zink – nickel
hot dip galvanizing
comaxite with a prefinish of phosphate coating or sandblasting
blasting with glass balls
blackening
nickel coating
chromium plating
Please, always consult any particular surface treatment technology with our experienced production workers.
